About time I started keeping a weekly journalof some sort. for those of you who have been checkingback to see whats new with me I've got to apologisefor the slow mo. All said and done I promise to fill yall in on my hustle and I hope y'all share yours with me.Something crazy happened to me this week that I think is worth mentioning. I turned down a record deal which is probably the hardest thing I've done in quite some time. considering the stale nature of Hip Hop, most people would have jumped at the national exposure the company (no name mentioned) was offering me. But like OnebeLo told me," its real easy to get yourself into a fucked up situation but real difficult to get out. (or something like that). In any case all I can say is follow your heart and if something dont feel right, dont second guess it. I know that this episode has exposed me to the ills of the game, and yes I am jaded. Not because some corporate snake approached me with a fucked up contract, but because of the walking contradictions we have become.Red Black and Greed.
